STLF Financials Show Health & Sustainability.
STLF's focus on quality youth programs is clear to all who are aware of the organization. What makes those programs and the organization sustainable through our financial model and careful financial planning. From the very beginning, STLF has taken pride in finding creative ways to run financially efficient programs, allowing us to both maximize the impact of generous donors and keep participation fees low and access high for students who take part.
Program Service Fees Create Revenue Diversification.
STLF programs have been made sustainable and scalable through a business model of program service fees providing the funding for direct program costs. This model has allowed for a diversification of revenues and financial flexibility. At the same time, we stand by our commitment to provide need-based financial aid and prevent money from being the only barrier for a student to experience a Tour.
STLF's National Office receives approximately 60-65% of its total revenue through program service fees, with the remaining 35-40% dependent on grants, sponsorships, and donations from individuals.
