I never expected to be a truly different person after my STLF Gap Camp experience. I have had many leadership camp experiences before, but none quite like this. Gap Camp changed my life, but even more than that, the people did. I am truly a different person with new aspirations. I lived this week as if I had put my goals for the next five years into action. I was in law school, had a career in politics, and more importantly, a heart of service.

I cannot put into words the love that I have for the people I have met. I now have the BEST friends I have ever made all over the country. I have "graduated" from gap camp, and am now ready to pursue my passions without hesitation or hinderance. I am ready for college. I had so many questions that I could never ask anyone else about the future. All my questions were answered this week. I love STLF, and I love Gap Camp... (plus we have no bedtime)! I walk away from here never alone, changed forever, and ready to join a generation of greatness.
