The Big Lift!
36 Students Take Part in The Big Lift to travel and serve in six cities across Australia!

One month ago, 36 students departed on an eight day adventure to travel and serve in six cities across their country in eight days. Now you are probably thinking, "Of course, sounds like another Pay It Forward Tour from STLF." In fact, these students were from Sydney, those six cities were in Australia, and it wasn't an STLF program at all, but it was a brand new program called The Big Lift!
After Mel Bolton took part in an STLF Leadership Camp and a Pay It Forward Tour a couple years ago, her commitment to action was to create a similar experience for students in Australia. Sure enough, after countless hours of work and building a team to make it possible, the Big Lift departed Sydney on July 3 and couldn't have gone better. They already have multiple other schools interested in taking part next year, and have a big vision for the future!
