STLF Internship Program
STLF's Summer Internship Program Applications are extended to Friday November 13!

Do you ever wonder what happens in the STLF office? A great way to become part of the day-to-day office culture of STLF is to apply for a summer internship.
This past June, STLF launched its Summer Internship program. Human Resources is one of my roles in the organization, and it was an incredible learning experience for me! We had SIX incredible women join
as STLF Staff for a few months.
The reason why I enjoy this program is because of the opportunity it allows for young people. At 23, I have the privilege of being one of STLF’s Co-Executive Directors. STLF believes that young people often elevate to caliber of work they are allowed to reach. We honor potential, capacity, and learning.
I have learned an immense amount in the short years I have been part of STLF, and we want to provide this opportunity for more people. At STLF, interns are part of staff. Collective action is at the forefront, and furthering the mission is the bottom line.
Looking back at last summer, I am so proud at their personal and professional growth. They were managing entire events, creating stronger tools, and implementing new processes. They learned a new office environment and were part of a group that will allow students in the future to be part of the STLF Summer Internship Program.
