Genesys Works – Seeking Passionate, Enthusiastic Individuals Looking to Transform Lives.  A growing Twin Cities non-profit, Genesys Works, is searching for enthusiastic individuals with the experience and dedication to transforming the lives of inner city youth.

Have you thought about building your non-profit career and are you passionate about improving opportunities for inner-city youth?

If so, consider applying for a job with Genesys Works, a nonprofit organization that trains and employs high school seniors to perform professional services for major corporations. Our mission is to enable economically-disadvantaged students to enter the economic mainstream by providing them the knowledge and work experience required to succeed as technical professionals.  We are seeking to hire Team Leads as we expand our program in Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

In particular, we are looking for candidates with:

• Energy, enthusiasm and the leadership skills to motivate and mentor inner city youth
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional workplace and the ability to manage and work with our client corporations
• Heart, humor and dedication towards our youth development mission.
• Four year college degree, all majors considered
