Author: Brian Peterson, STLF
Are you an STLF Alum recently out of college or a young professional looking for some opportunities to get involved in the community? There are opportunities all around, but here are a few in the Twin Cities you all might be interested in learning more about:
Community Capital Alliance (CCA)
Are you interested in learning about issues facing the Twin-Cities community? In connecting with other people who care what’s going on in their world? Interested in working in a small group setting to build leadership through engaged philanthropy? Then Community Capital Alliance might be the place for you!
Since 1998, Community Capital Alliance has been realizing its mission of 'developing community leaders through engaged philanthropy'. We do this by pooling together membership contributions and carrying out a grant-making process each year, ultimately choosing a local nonprofit worthy of a $5,000 - $10,000 grant.
