On the Road Again!

It's officially Tour Season!  Eight Tours from Coast to Coast hit the road today and tomorrow!

At the Southern Winter Retreat, Cody Nelson was able to give an update on the area of STLF he works most closely with-- High School Programs.  With excitement, Cody shared that STLF was making history in February, "sending out Coast to Coast Tours in February."  I was in awe that it was happening, and then in awe that I hadn't realized it sooner! 

We had High School Tours traveling from Portland, OR to San Francisco, CA; Elgin, IL to Nashville, TN; Clinton, NY to Boston, MA; and a Middle School Tour from Fergus Falls, MN to Minneapolis, MN. Today, this set of Tours are coming home... well, their respective homes!  

We have made STLF History in a few ways on this set of Tours.  Not only do we have most Tours on Presidents Day Weekend ever with eight buses on the road, but we are hitting some exciting milestones at the same time!

• First Tour from the state of Wisconsin will leave from St. Catherines High School in Racine!
• First Tour from the state of New York will leave from Clinton High School.
• First time we will have students on both coasts at the same time.
• Three new states will be visited by the Clinton Tour - Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine!
