Back to School for STLF Staff

In different capacities and for different reasons, three STLF Staff Members (Greg Tehven, Jenna Untiedt, Irene Fernando) have found themselves back in the classroom this semester.  Read on for details!

To live up to our name, Students Today Leaders Forever, we have valued learning.  Learning is an opportunity for everyone--all ages, walks of life, and backgrounds.  In our Staff Meetings, we have a time where we share personal updates.  They take the form of D-L-N:  What did I DO since the last meeting?  What have I LEARNED?  And what's NEW?

Something NEW for three of us today is that we all start teaching today! Jenna Untiedt (photographed left) is teaching an "Everyday Leaders" class two times a week, to 1st-8th graders.  Greg Tehven (right) is co-instructing Introduction to Leadership, twice a week, at the University of Minnesota.  And I (middle) am teaching a course open to STLF's college leadership at the University of Minnesota, a weekly night class.

I am sure next week, we will all be able to share something from our respective classes in "LEARNED" section of our Staff Meeting personal updates!
